We came through about a month with no electrical power .. the highway between us and the south being cut in 5 places ... shortages of water, propane and other things. We are doing well!! A short update is posted on our Blog .. here - https://sarayuinternational.wordpress.c ... happening/
We had banditos break into a storage room behind us last week. A couple nights ago I thought "Those guys will be back" so I put a 4 foot long iron bar on top of the security door and wired it so that it would fall on anyone who forced the door open. Sure enough, just after dark CLANG! I turned the dog in but they were already gone. About an hour later the dog starts barking so I turned her into that area again and again she chased them out. About 10 PM I heard them and went through the back gate yelling at them. They took off before I could grab one of them and made it over the fence before I or the dog could get one of them. They left their sandals and their flashlight.
Teenage boys. ~sigh~ I am hoping my dog can snack a bit on one of them. I feel sorry for her .. chasing them off and never getting a taste.
