Good huntin' Nath! Our Oklahoma squirrel season doesn't open 'til May 15th when I hope to kill a few. My dad always griped about my shooting them in the head as he liked the brains and tongue. When I was a child I ate them too and remember the tongue tasting like the meat from a Hickory nut.
