Pie chart for handgun shooting errors

Does anyone have a link to that pie chart that shows shooter errors in relationship to trigger pull. All I remember about it is a low left shot is the most common for a right handed shooter. It indicates too much of the trigger finger over the trigger that produces the left push and a flinch produces the downward push.
