also has 14s in 25, 32, 35
Plus a Marlin in model 27s 25-20
could prove to be interesting, Don't know a thing bout the Marlin

Oh my! That could be hazardous to a fellow's bank account. It would be to mine, anyway. Those are speaking to one of my weaknesses (pumps in wonderful cartridges).

Funny thing, I had both last year and sold 'em....and they were in the same calibers. My 14 and 1/2 was a rifle. The carbines bring some serious money so if it's real nice, and under 2, you ought to snag it. But they get boring after a while. I still like the exposed hammer.

Both were excellent shooters. A dealer offered me 12 for the Rem. and I near gave the 27 away for 6, but some things need to go to make room for other toys.---6

I had a 14 1/2 in .44-40, they are pretty neat. Mine had Canadian Government proofs on it, probably a prison guard gun.
