OT - New (to me) Guns

Post by Hobie »

Well, I've had some money paid back, come home, whatever and I've been having some things come to the last couple of months. So...

I got a S&W 642, S&W 25-2, and a Colt Cobra. The Cobra is almost too nice to carry or shoot!

There's a couple more out there but who knows if they will come through. Anyway, if you can't shoot them much, just buy them. Gotta get my fix somehow!
Sincerely,

Hobie

That Cobra is a beauty, and I like the Smith for a carry piece. Nice additions! Jim

Three really great carry guns Hobie! I love that 25-2 S&W!!!! Lots of power in a nice compact size!

Not sure what a S&W 25, & compact have to do with each other, but I agree it's one heck of a gun! Here's my "pre" 25:

Hobie,
Looked at your guns, nice.
But I was more impressed by your quote from T.R.
It is my favorite quote from him.
Can you imagine a man like T.R. alive today?
He would send these parasites packing, and reinstate a sense of pride; that has been sorely lacking!

Congrats, Hobie, especially on the 25-2. I have three of them and they are my favorite revolver. Wicked accurate with the right loads, and that's most of them. Back in the day (20 yrs ago) I could nail 12 oz soda cans at 75 yds pretty much 9/10 or 10/10 with the first one I bought.

Very nice.
I like that little Colt.
That which does not kill me has made a grave tactical error.

Nice.I really like the Colt.I picked up a 37-2 Airweight w/ factory bobbed hammer and no lock for pocket carry in a Mika's holster.Ilove it.
