OT - Thanks to you brother masons!

Post by Tycer »

I owe you a word of gratitude.

The questions you were asked and the answers you and gave on this forum helped me decide to apply.

I've met a nice group of guys. My coach is one of the preachers at First Baptist Church and the adult Bible study teacher there. Great guy.

This morning I was raised a master mason.

Thanks.
Kind regards,
Tycer

Don't the Masons carry strike-anywhere matches wherever they go?

Welcome, brother. Two years ago I was presented with my 50 year pin and certificate. It was presented to me by a Past Master of the Lodge who, by coincidence, happened to be a patient I had removed a colon cancer from some 30 years before - a very touching ceremony for all of us.

You and your lodge have made good choices.

I do. Dipped in wax. Also three other ways to make fire.

Welcome Brother.

When did you start as an Entered Apprentice? After I started the Mason thread a few weeks ago? If so, that was fast.

I'll return the 2nd next Saturday and then be raised 3 weeks later on April 5th.

I was initiated an entered apprentice Jan 17. I made suitable proficiency on the second degree Thursday night. The two guys I was raised with did their second proficiency immediately prior to being raised.

Yes, it has gone fast.
Kind regards,
Tycer
