Now that you say that, he has been quiet for a spell. I'll give him a cyber hug and a pat on the back. It helps. I was in a major funk this morning myself for no reason but I managed to shake it off.

I was just talking with Pitchy via email. He's had a hard row to hoe, so to speak, over the last quite a few years, and gave me permission to say he has some family issues he's dealing with and needs to take a break and try and deal with them somehow. His absence here is nothing to do with you men. I'm sure he appreciates the encouraging words on this thread. I figure that sometimes Christmas can be a great family time and sometimes it can be rough.

It is hard to keep emotion and immediate action out of problem solving.

The problems you face seem to have been present for a long time and need to be settled. You will still have to deal with the aftermath.

Hey guys, well bro your right about a road trip, we are all packed and leaving in the morn.
My son is going to watch the place so we don`t have to worry about that

Money is real tight so we are on a pretty direct trip too East Texas where we hung out last time we were there.
This is the third time that we have to escape from here and it will be the last time.
When we return i am going to start selling things including the property and look for a place elsewhere.
Sorry Gobbler but not heading that far East on the way down but maybe on the return trip as i want to check out land in Missouri.
Thanks for the prayers keep em coming we`ll need them.
I`ll check in when i can.

Pitchy - if you'll be heading up to Missouri on your return from East Texas, you might plan on checking out what North west and North central Arkansas has to offer, These Ozark hills, hollers, woods and pastures might be just what you're looking for. I believe you folks would fit in very well in this country. Give it a look see since your gonna be heading up this way anyhow. I have three places in N.M.
One in Alamogordo, and two in Timberon.
All three can be made habitable with some advance warning.
They ---- sure can't find you there!
