Is this for real and is it legal?

I'm not the type to dig my nose into law books and stuff...

I thought our military was only allowed to live and train inside of our borders.

I was always told it was against the law for them to do their job here.

If the National Guard can't handle it, then the people will straighted things out
given time.

Dangnabit socialist paranoia is rearing its ugly head again, I need some asprin.

President George W. Bush has signed executive orders giving him sole authority to impose martial law, suspend habeas corpus and ignore the Posse Comitatus Act that prohibits deployment of U.S. troops on American streets.

NDAA 07 includes specific provisions which allow the military to take control of normal police and law enforcement functions at the Federal and State levels.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.
