Beautiful story, truly amazing.
I've read about "Team Hoyt" before. I didn't see it in the video, but his son
saved his fathers life. When they began running his father went to a doctor
and found plaque in his arteries. I can't remember the exact facts, but if they
hadn't started running together his father was going to have a heart attack.
Definately makes me stop and wonder at my own shortcomings.
But before anyone beats themselves up to bad just remember how hard it is
to get a regular teenager to stop what he/she is doing in their life to spend
time with the family.
