changing sights

Post by walks with gun »

How often do you guys change your sights. I figured as some metals ages the molecules start breaking down making the sights appear fuzzy. I noticed this on handguns a few years ago now on my rifles too.

Once I get the sights to my liking I never change them. I have a revolver that's 80 years old and it's got the same sights it left the factory with. They work pretty well.

Dang molecules changing in the sights! Must be some kind of virus!
It must be contagious too cause I rubbed my eyes one time after handling the sights on my gun, and now my eyes have it too....

The sights changing, over time, instead of the eye(s) using them. That's rich.  Or, denial....
