This maybe some of the best news to be had in quite awhile both for sportsmen and livestock interests.

Dear Wolf Coalition Members:

The Fish and Wildlife Service, et al., has dismissed their appeal to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. This means that Judge Johnson's decision stands.

We won. Congratulations to all, and thank you for staying in this through the long haul. It was worth it.

I will keep you informed of future developments.

Heard on the radio this morn that the deer are having a hard time in northern MN, that hunger the snow and predators have took a toll.
Predator, hmmm wonder what that is, could it be the wolf, and of course he`s just doing what is natural.

Still protected here.

I was shootin the breeze with my Local Game Warden in North West Wi. last fall. The subject of too many Wolves came up, and I mentioned about how the state was stopped by the Feds after we wanted to reduce the Herd. He told me that before too long I will be able to reduce a few myself legally !

Don, they better hurry up Ive only seen one moose calf make it thru the winter so far dang wolves are hammering game and stock too. I think its going to take congress to stop the lawsuits from managing the wolf problem on a good note judge molloy is retiring this year. danny

Danny this should get things to rolling here in Wy in pretty short order. Johnsons order told the USFWS they couldn't reject Wyomings plan for any of the reasons they've given so far, and that they better have some really good excuse because their own objective numbers had been reached long ago.
That basically left Malloys example of ingnorance only relevant for Idaho and Mt, and it's currently in the 9th circuit appeal..

I'm just waiting for Idaho/Montana/ Wyo, or anywhere close by to issue tags! I have plenty of Wolf Deactivation calibers to choose from ....lol
