I am sure one of you will know where...

Post by fordwannabe »

Hi guys I got a post 64 winny 94 last night with a 26 inch octagon numrich barrel and a tang sight on it. I also have a marlin 1889 with a silver blade front sight that I can really see well. I was hoping one of you fine gentlemen would know where I could buy a front sight like on my marlin for my winchester......and are they available in different heights? Thank you, and let the edumacation begin. And on Hobies recommendation I have called JES about it becoming a 38-55 instead of staying a 30-30. Tom
a Pennsylvanian who has been accused of clinging to my religion and my guns......Good assessment skills.

Tim Skinner is no longer the owner of Skinner Sights. Andy Larson is.
His email is: parson@blackfoot.net

Here is the Skinner web site url:

You might also try Buffalo Arms. They have lots of sights and accessories for lever guns.

I use the Ted Cash blanks from Dixie Gunworks. Inexpensive, well made, and easy to file to whatever shape/height you want/need.
