Old photo of armed mexican hombre 1914.

Post by rangerider7 »

This is during the "Bandit War" period. The back of the photo talks about his father in San Antonio. It looks like he was more inclined to be on the Texas side but don't know for sure. What do you thank?

His attire is military, although the saddle does not appear to be.

Another great picture. I think he's respectable, too well put up (and tasteful too)... Also note that he looks like an older man.

Looks to be an older S&W from what little I can see of the frame. Doesn't have as pronounced a hump as the up-to-1917 DA Colts did.

Looks like a duded-up rear echelon type posing for a picture for his beloved mother. Like old money bought him the newest stuff to really look the part but the most thrilling mission he's commanded were wagon inspections.

Not trying to be hyper-critical of an old photo and man passed, that's just the impression the picture give me. I could be absolutely wrong of course and don't have a clue what I'm saying. :D

I love these old pictures!

He must do something since his uniform is wrinkled and dirty. If it were a total pose I think it'd be crisp.

Did someone mention my name? Well, here apparently is a modern day Mexican woman armed and holstered. Wish I knew her to ask.

Seriously Range Rider - do you come across any pics of armed women of the era.

It's taken on the ranch (see ranch hand in background), so I think Owner. He's well groomed and more or less clean and everything is spiffy and well taken care of.

What is that in her holster -- a butane lighter?

Both nice pics. :>)

Sofia Vergara - currently one of the stars of the funniest show on TV, "Modern Family". She is - hands down and without a doubt - the most attractive woman on TV right now if not the most attractive woman (other than my wife) in the whole world.

RR7 - the saddle pommel looks like it may be from the Texas side of the border. My 2 cents!
