Recieved a reply to my complaint to Weaver today. They wish for me to send the defective rings to them so they can track the "code" on the packaging to find out what lot they are from. They will then replace the defective rings. I am glad that this time I got a response from them. The first e-mail went unanswered. But why should I be paying the postage on the defective product when I have already paid it when I purchased it?

Photograph the code/packaging and e-mail it to them.
