OT - Homeowner Strangles Intruder

Post by don Tomás »

Thought this was worth mentioning due to the unusual nature of the incident. To the old lawdogs out there; how'd you like to write this one up?? Image

Police: Homeowner Strangles Intruder

CLEVELAND - Police are investigating a case involving a homeowner strangling a man to death on the city's southeast side.

Officials said Johnathan Parson, 22, died while struggling with a homeowner of a residence on East 127th Street.

Police said Parsons and another man entered the duplex at about 2 a.m. One of them had a gun. It's unclear which one, however.

The homeowner who lived in the residence with his girlfriend and young child managed to get the shotgun and fight off one of the intruders.

The homeowner said he found Parsons (the one that got himself strangled - Tom) in a room assaulting his girlfriend.

No charges have been filed.

Looks like the homeowner needs a refresher...

It's twist & lift... preferably with some impact. Otherwise you don't get proper seperation of C1, C2 & C3...

Yea, manual strangulation is slow and hard work. Too many other ways to quickly and easily remove vermin from this world. Heck a good stiff blow to the rear base of the head with a hard object is difficult to beat. Plus it only take one. Gee officer, I wasn't trying to kill him, just knock him out like they do in the movies.

That story took my breath away......Good on the homeowner, though. If thugs had a high expectation of being killed, they would no longer do that.

Yup, especially if you just took a shotgun away from one of the idiots, but finding the idiot assaulting his girlfriend, you have to admit it was interesting he chose strangulation. Maybe "slow" was what was called for??? Interesting quandary... :?

Would it not have been quicker and easier to grab the intruder;s head with the right hand across the face pulling to the right, and the left hand on the back of the head pushing toward the left shoulder and twist the head until the nose is aligned with the spinal column?

I mean twisting the guy's head off would take less time than it took me to type the description, nd it takes several minutes to strangle a person.

Not that I know or anything...

But if you pur a pair of rubber ear-plugs onto the ends of a teflon-coated steel wire deep-sea fishing leader (80+lb test) and wear it around you neck, then put two appropriately-sized to fit the leader-loops aluminium-barreled ink pens in your shirt pocket, you can get onboard any plane in the world with a really effective, decapitation-capable garrote...

Sad part is that "vermins" crack whore neice or somebody else in the family will:

retain a lawyer
lawyer will expound how vermin was loved respected and needed by all his crack whore relatives who depended on his vermin income
Lawyer will get to pitch vermins value to society in general, and
Homeowner will have to prove he did not plan, pre-meditate or enjoy choking the living SH*T out of vermin.

If the homeowner needs a defense fund ..let me know. I'm in for a couple of bucks.

Yeah, but up until THAT day, everyone who was on a hijacked plane expected to sit on a runway in Cuba or someplace for a couple days and not much more.

Sir, you have given this entirely too much thought.  Can I use this idea? Or have you patented the thing yet?

Some did and forfeited their lives. But as to the other three aircraft, Americans have had it pounded into them for decades now that we can't take care of ourselves. Maybe no vets on those aircraft. Most vets know better.

No Patents. To paraphrase Dr. McCoy "How can you Patent a darn illegal thing?"

Yes, I have given this, and a bunch of other similarly twisted stuff a bunch of thought. I used to do it "professionally" for the FAA before the TSA took over.

The very FACT that they have not implemented countermeasures against 90% of the stuff I've submitted White Papers on means that (A) TSA is not about "security" and (B) America's Airline Passengers are very very lucky the Splodydopes are very, very stupid.

We had one here last year that beats all I've heard! A nurse who lives about 6 blocks from me came home from working swingshift and was attacked with a hammer by a man hired to kill her. The intruder was sent by her soon to be ex-husband, and waited in the dark until the nurse came in.
After striking her with the hammer, a brawl ensued in which the nurse freed the hammer from the intruder, struck him with it, and then choked him to death! One very tough gal, and a real survivor! Her almost ex-husband was later arrested when the police found the dead intruder was an ex-con who worked at his adult video store! He's doing time now for hiring the janitor to kill his wife!
