Im wondering if he meant takedown rifles combined with other special order features?

That I don't know. My copy of his book is 1500 miles away right now and I won't get to it for a bit over a month. I also just edited my last reply that you might want to see.

Michael, when you are home and want more info on this gun I'm happy to give you any info, pictures etc.
I also have a 92 with a 65 barrel in 218 bee if you want that also.

Tried 3 different powders today. CFEBLK, terrible accuracy! IMR 4895, not great accuracy but better than the CFEBLK. The 3rd powder was BLC2- not bad accuracy but lots of unburned powder. The 4895 had some in burned as well.

I suspect this gun isn't overly fond of 85s, like most 25-20s so I'm going to jump into lighter bullets, in the 65-70 gr range.
