Kim, I think you are right but I am not sure how interested they are in catchin' - more like some more fun with the boys.

For some reason I dont think the word " flamboyant " and the word "Western"
belong in the same sentance......for obvious reasons....or be linked to a picture
of Minnesota Marlin either.....

BTW Pitchy ...Theres a little bar down here in Samsula called the "cabbage patch"
where you can show up, on any given day, dressed like that..
and fit right in....minus the hat....and you better be riding a Harley!

Now if you want to be "Flamboyant".....go to Key West...

You know you wouldn't want to meet that dude in a dark alley. If you look close, you can see he has a total of 4 revolvers on him. Twenty four shots of 44 caliber is pretty formidible.

Yes, Guerrilla's had a habit of carrying several revolvers. In a book I have you can clearly see the cylinders are clearly loaded and ready for action.
"Guerrillas" is 'way too kind a term for Quantrill's bunch of cowardly, murdering thugs.

Many of the cowboys were dressed very colorful as seen in the photos, maybe colorful would of been a better word. :)
This thread is getting a little off topic.

Well I wont turn this into a debate about Quantrill's bunch so I will keep hushed on this one in spirt of the thread.

I suspect Jayhawker roots, perhaps?

Sorry Pitchy, just couldn't help myself.

Why that`s Minnesota Marlin
His name is John Nelson, Deadwood stage coach driver for the Buffalo Bills Wild West show.

Okay, yeah, I remember now. I knew he looked like a man I had seen and read about before.
