If you haven't, while you're on gooftube, look up the Dean Martin Roasts. I don't know if I've ever laughed so hard in my life. Especially the ones with Rodney, Rickles and Foster Brooks!

Patrick F. McManus was one of my favorites. He had the last page in Outdoor Life. Here's a sampler:

Absolutely.My all time favorite is "Tenner Shoes".
Loved Ed Zern in F&S also.

On one of the carson tonight show clips on the "toob" carson congratulates rodney on his career successes and rodney waves away the flattery in self-depreciation and tugs at his necktie and shirt collar and replies, "you wouldn't believe just how many women I had to sleep with to get where I am !"
