Re: Nice work from Andy Larson
Thanks for sharing that, Scott! Lovely work, indeed. That looks like a very handy rifle.

I can understand the standard peep on the back end as that much more sturdier than the old school Model 21 Lyman…..it looks solid and could take a beating……but there’s no need for any leather on the stock or that glass thingy….those extras slop up the clean lines of a hunting/defense gun……..but that’s my opinion………
Even on my defense AR’s I keep the lines “clean”. I don’t want no glass, slings, bipods, for 10-100 yard shooting………anything else is just “in the way” or akin to selling ice to an Eskimo…but that’s my opinion.——6

Interesting set-up, would work great for hunting. I don't know if he really needed the 1 MOA dot sight for the ranges he will probably be using it at but as long as it's bright enough, it would do nicely and still have some long range accuracy as well. I'm really only a target shooter and prefer much more elevation correction in my rear sights.

Six, I love your gorgeous SAA and its accompanying authentication letter from Colt. Very nice!

Scott, I have one of Nate Kiowa Jones's peeps replacing the safety on the Rossi Bolt, but a Skinner would be the bee's knees.

I feel like doing a special project. I may give him a call and see what we can do.Bill in Oregon wrote: ↑Sun Mar 26, 2023 7:32 am Scott, I have one of Nate Kiowa Jones's peeps replacing the safety on the Rossi Bolt, but a Skinner would be the bee's knees.
