It just seems to worse everyday! Illegals kill a Bald Eagle in Nebraska and get off with a misdemeanor.
I guess it was too much trouble for the US Fish and Wildlife Department to mess with.

The reason they let the beaners go is because you can't get blood out of a rock……..most all laws, especially DUI laws are not what you think they are meant for…….they are designed to create revenue from mostly white guys with jobs.

Couple of years ago I found a dead hawk out in the back pasture……I didn’t dare touch it and cut the grass around it all summer. No one was going to say I moved it to hide the evidence in case there was a beacon in it…..yea…..that how paranoid I’m getting…..I won’t give those bast*’ds a reason to clean out my bank account.

Some states will even arrest you for .06 blood alcohol content……I can understand .12…that’s like 4 beers.

It’s an easy formula…..just follow President Trumps advice….”when something don’t make sense, follow the money.

The difference is DWI ..over the limit
DUI .. any detectable amount
Officers around here used to use discretion, as in if you had one drink at dinner with your wife, and seemed other wise safe they could send you on your way, no longer so because people don’t always tell the truth, and the officer has some liability if they let you go.
