Very good video. I think it is truly amazing how these were built so well in the 1800's without any computers. Truly skilled craftsmen built them.

Does that video imply Uberti is using cut rifling? I see they bevel the mouth of the chamber. It was amusing to watch them stamp the proof markings into the "color case hardened" metal. Is it good practice to wrench the action onto the barrel via the side plates? The CNC does leave a nicer internal finish than my original '73 displays.
