I was told by a bird expert how species are having such a hard time due to 'climate change' because the food supply is erupting earlier (due to 'climate change') versus the daylight time which messes up migratory species. Now.....given that every YEAR the temperature variation and timing of 'spring' fluctuates by several weeks, and multiple tens of degrees difference in temperature on a given day just YEAR-TO-YEAR, the idea that 0.1 degree average difference over the past decade (or whatever - even if that is real - which is in doubt) would somehow mess things up is just as INSANE as the idea that a 1 centimeter rise in sea level has already caused 'catastrophic changes' when the tides fluctuate several FEET every six hours or so, and every six seconds or so the waves themselves do so as well.
It is so hard to deal with 'climate change' people - you can't argue with them as they get 'upset' - it's the whole generational thing these days - we mustn't upset the snowflakes. Don't use facts or history or logic or economics or - - - REALITY....

The other thing none of them get is that WHEN the temperatures stop going up, they START going down. It happened last time so fast that mammoths eating daisys in the arctic froze with their stomach contents UNDIGESTED. I realize that this information is hard to swallow for the fact-o-phobes, but glaciers can build very fast on the temperature down slope.
They may be patting themselves on the back for killing the trees with sequestered carbon, and trying to eat their frozen extremities at the same time.
