Today's physicians are too busy serving as data-entry clerks, typing into their EMR's and checking click-boxes to score 'points' towards that elusive 4-minute 99214, to bother taking the time to listen to, examine, or explain anything to patients, much less read actual journal articles (rather than 'medical news' synopsis of carefully 'curated' big-pharma-supported 'studies').
