Marlin 93, 36, 336???

Would anyone know what the production totals for these 3 rifles? Since the 336 is still being manufactored there is no "total" as of yet but, I read an artical that 3 million had been produced. Thanks

The 1893 Marlin records stopped around 1906, so with production continuing up to 1935, there is no way to tell how many were made. The model 1936/36 was only made for 5 years before WWII, and a few years after WWII, so probably not more than a few thousand each year. Of course we're still waiting to see where the 336 ends, if ever!

It seems like it was a couple of years ago that I saw an article about the 4 millionth 336 that was produced. Quite the spectacular rifle also:
