Wa marxist magazine ban
wa has a bill to ban all magazines over 10 rounds with heavy penalties EXCEPT FOR LEOs
I presume this will also be applied to all leverguns with capacities over 10 rounds as well.
which is why this is in the General's discussion group.

.
I'm fine with having a separate 'politics' section if that's the way the forum wants to be, but it is sad that so many gun owners pretend they can remain aloof from politics. Something that's mentioned in the Bill of Rights is never going to be free from 'politics'. We just have to put on our big boy panties and deal with it sometimes. It's part of the responsibilities of being a citizen, that accompany the privileges of being able to enjoy firearms as a recreation and hobby, whereas many people throughout history have not had that luxury, but depended on them for their survival, in particular maintaining their freedom.

I looks like anything currently owned will be safe:
"Senate Bill 5078 prohibits the sale, attempted sale, manufacture and distribution of high-capacity magazines. Like Maryland, it does not prohibit the possession of high-capacity magazines, instead focusing prospectively on the supply side."

And if the SHI* hits the fan in the mean time anyone with 30 rnd mags will be a hero until things settle down. and with what the world has seen in the Ukraine in the last three weeks I don't see anyone getting rid of high capacity mags. then all the lib's will try to confiscate them. .

Just another blatant vilation of the Second Amendment of the U. S. Constitution. Sadly the folks that run our government have absolutely no intention of abiding by their oath of office.

I think the libs who are watching the new Hitler Puta grind up Ukraine are peeing in their ballet shoes. As to the poor slime plasm state of Washington, as smarmy now as dear old Oregon, all I can say is that I treasure my Dan Evans for governer badge. Darned few here will have any idea what I am talking about, but then I am old and I no longer care.
Re: Wa marxist magazine ban
Bill I think "Hitler Puta" has a certain transcultural/continental feel going for it, very descriptive ...

Re: Wa marxist magazine ban
If biden takes in a million or two ukraine refugees, since they have seen war first hand as citizens, maybe they will demand they own guns here in the usa. they have seen what an unarmed population has to deal with.Scott Tschirhart wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 5:54 pmAt some point people need to start ignoring stupid laws..45colt wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 4:41 pm And if the SHI* hits the fan in the mean time anyone with 30 rnd mags will be a hero until things settle down. and with what the world has seen in the Ukraine in the last three weeks I don't see anyone getting rid of high capacity mags. then all the lib's will try to confiscate them. .

Re: Wa marxist magazine ban
If you need more than 6 rounds to stop an invadind army, you are a terrible shot.
Are we sure that the people wanting to ban 30 round magazines are not working directly for Puti-poo? Sounds like they are just prepping the target for an invasion.
