Re: A HANDY TIP FOR SENIORS
When we were in our 30's I built a house halfway between my elderly mother's house, and my similarly-elderly aunt and uncle's house; probably 100 yards between each house, and trees, so fairly good, but not perfect 'privacy'.
I got in the habit of dashing out to grab a chunk or two of firewood before I made breakfast, and if the fire was low (we heat with wood), I'd do that before doing anything else, to give me 20 minutes or so before I left for work to have the furnace open to re-start it if the flame was barely there.
Sometimes that meant I'd dash the 20 yards to the woodshed and back wearing only slip-on moccasins we kept in the furnace room (...why put on the coveralls if I'm going to just go back in and get dressed and cook breakfast...).
THAT changed when my aunt and uncle died, and we rented their house out to others...!

Re: A HANDY TIP FOR SENIO
That guy pushing the mower looks familiar, like someone, well, you know...
Doc....a hundred yards and your concerned? As I spend the majority of my time outside and if I have to pee, I pee right there....with the exception of being close to the road or in direct view of people. The way I see it they have no business looking at my castle.....but....all my neighbors (2) are older than me and probably can't see past their noses.

You probably should just turn your back Six. Those folks driving past will never even care to look closer than that your back is turned.

No...I won't take that chance. If you are clearly visible from the road and obviously taking a leak, you could be held for " indecent exposure". I'm talking about behind a skinny tree, out back in the pasture, by the barn...NOT in the open.

And he finds himself opening the thread because he subconsciously identifies with "seniors" ....
Re: A HANDY TIP FOR SENIORS
I know that when my wife and I leave the farm and move back in town I'll be in the local paper within a week for peeing outside around my house.

If more men loved and cherished their wives as much as I love bacon the world would be a much better place.

Just don't pee on an electric fence.
