This is a good video by Dr. Mobeen Syed on how the vaccines (RNA type) work - https://youtu.be/9EfToFXwx98

He's not 'anti-vaccine' at all - just explains how the vaccines work, and answers questions. I think he is very objective.

I've been following a couple different articles/videos about how the RNA type work. They target just one small part. It's replicating normal proceedings (I really don't know the real terms for all of this). Pre-loading(?) your body to fight off the virus. Maybe ignorance is bliss, but I'm not perceiving a problem.

Dr Mobeen doesn’t perceive any problems either.

I think Dr. Mobeen’s the main point is that ivermectin is clearly safer AND more effective than the vaccine, so people who plan to get the vaccine but haven’t gotten it yet should strongly consider Ivermectin, and people who have already gotten the vaccine should also consider it because it is going to add another layer of protection because of additional mechanisms it invokes, as well as what appears to be better potency on some of the new variants.

HOWEVER Dr. Mobeen absolutely does not think there have been any problems with the vaccine in terms of short term safety, although he does discuss potential mechanisms of concern regarding long-term safety.

Unfortunately, because everything seems to get politicized these days, people are left with the impression that you either have to be 100% in favor of the vaccine and against every other thing whether it’s vitamin D or zinc or ivermectin or quercetin or melatonin, OR if you favor even one of those latter things, you have to be 100% against the vaccine...

The real science is a bit more complex I think....

I have certainly seen at least a dozen patients who have died or suffered severe consequences from Covid because they did not take vitamin D or zinc or ivermectin, or were not given quercetin or melatonin in the hospital. I can’t believe doctors would ignore something like melatonin that has demonstrated an 87% reduction in death when given to patients with Covid who are on ventilators, or the preventative potential of ivermectin which appears to reduce the chance of even getting the infection by 98% or more. Yet those who suggest using melatonin or ivermectin are immediately attacked as rabid anti-vaccine crazies, even though people like Dr. Mobeen and Dr. Kory and Dr. Campbell ALL Support the Covid vaccine.

Perhaps in six months the main stream medical literature will come out and say “...Gee, we probably should’ve supported melatonin and vitamin D and ivermectin, because it would’ve saved quite a few lives...” that’s basically what the American Journal of medicine did recently regarding hydroxychloroquine; They pretty much admitted that we shouldn’t have pushed back and resisted using it because a lot of people (150,000 or so by some estimates) needlessly died because we were too politically involved to acknowledge the fact that the drug WAS both safe and effective.

Anyway, I thought people might be interested in some of the mechanisms of action that Dr. Mobeen discusses. It is definitely fascinating, and I don’t think he in any way tries to portray the vaccine as a bad thing. He does discuss some of the potential pitfalls, and why he doesn’t think they are likely a problem. He’s being a lot more honest than the CDC and the world health organization and the FDA, for sure.

Personally, I think taking the vaccine is rather risky, compared with other options, but on the other hand drugs like ivermectin are clearly safer than taking aspirin or Tylenol or Aleve, and yet the government has such a a good propaganda arm in cahoots with the pharmaceutical industry, that they have made people skittish and afraid of it. The same people who are afraid to take ivermectin will pop a couple Advil for a headache and think nothing of it. Of course we are dealing with a citizenry where people who are scared to take a pill for a blood pressure of 180/90 still smoke two packs of cigarettes today, or where a doctor will caution parents not to have a firearm in the house, even if it’s locked in the gun safe, and yet encourage them to buy the kid a bicycle...

For that matter, from what I understand for people in good health who are under 50 years of age, they are more likely to die if they get a sinus infection then if they get Covid, and yet we are urging them to get an experimental vaccine to reduce the chance of dying from Covid... I often wonder if we went up to people in that age group and said “...hey I’ve got this experimental vaccine that’s of a type we’ve never used before but we think it’s probably really safe, and if we give it to you it will reduce your odds of dying from a sinus infection by 75 to 95%...Would you like to take it...?” I think most people in that age group would have the sense to say “I’m not really that worried about dying of sinus infection, so I think I’ll decline the vaccine...” Yet I see people in that age group who are scrambling to get the vaccine as soon as they can.

The frightening thing isn’t the slight chance that the vaccine will prove a disaster, and maybe 20% of the people who got it will get some sort of connective tissue disease or something (keep in mind that about 5% of the vaccines put on the market in the past 50 years have been withdrawn for safety reasons because we found out they were causing more harm than good... and those were ‘ordinary’ vaccines rather than this new type...); the frightening thing is that people have proven so easy to frighten and manipulate...!

Even with ivermectin on the scene, old and frail people probably ought to consider the vaccine, although from what I have read the vaccine would not add much on top of ivermectin (whereas ivermectin would add to the lesser benefit of the vaccine). Young and healthy people in my opinion are crazy to take a chance on a vaccine to protect them from some thing less dangerous than a sinus infection. Many of us are in between, and need to look at our individual health conditions and discuss them with our doctor, and take into account our own tolerance for different kinds of risks.

Mobeen’s videos at least help people approach those discussions with solid information. Unfortunately, most of the physicians who are employees of institutions are pretty much told what to do and say, so even if they watch those videos or read similar information, they probably are too scared to breathe a word of it to patients.

I’ve talked to intensivists and pulmonologists and infectious disease specialists who are employed by hospitals, and have told me that in no uncertain terms it has been made very clear to them that they will NOT prescribe things like ivermectin or melatonin; just hearing that sends chills up my spine. If hospital administrators are putting that kind of pressure on physicians, it has to be because big money from big Pharma and big insurance is on the line. It makes me queasy to think that highly educated professionals would cave to bureaucrats when patients lives are at stake; I’ve heard of instances where when it is their own family member who is ill, they manage to find ways around the system. A nurse told me of a patient whose wife was a physician and she snuck melatonin into the room and put it in her husband‘s NG tube. He started improving within 24 hours without any other therapeutic changes happening. The staff knew what was going on but didn’t interfere since it was a physician. I wonder if it hadn’t been a physician, and they had stopped it, if the patient would’ve survived. 87% reduction in death seems like something worth striving for, if all it takes is a little bit of melatonin.

As far as safety, melatonin from synthetic sources is safer than Tylenol. For those who do not know about it, Tylenol is broken down stepwise in the liver. One of those breakdown products is Phenol. Phenol is HIGHLY TOXIC. Fortunately it is normally broken down pretty quickly. What causes real trouble is when there is some alcohol in the blood. It doesn't take much alcohol to interfere with this process and cause the phenol to stick around long enough to cause some permanent damage. It is usually only a tiny amount of damage. Where the serious trouble lies is in the fact that these tiny amounts of damage might not get healed up and can accumulate over time. Cirrhosis of the liver is often the point of no neturn.

Melatonin is naturally produced by the human body. There are no toxic metabolites in the breakdown process. Because of this, AJMD429s statement that it is safer than Tylenol starts to really show just how true it is. If you have trouble going to sleep, try melatonin. It is not only for sleep. Like many things happening in the human body, the production and release of melatonin, or taking it orally, does many things.

On the vaccine and pandemic politically - this is interesting - coming from a former Pfizer person - https://www.americasfrontlinedoctors.co ... opulation/

As far as ivermectin (as a potentially more effective and safer alternative to the vaccines), even the sort of sluggish Dr. John Campbell comes around on ivermectin after interviewing Dr. Tess Lawrie... https://youtu.be/vYF8bnmdQfY.

I guess it is a typical British-physician attitude that they dare not 'prescribe anything off-label'. What a frighteningly submissive and subservient attitude towards government... :|

I had a two day negative reaction from the first Moderna shot (I don't really think it is a vaccine). Body aches, headaches and just a general crappy feeling.

Hope the second one won't be worse.
