Prayer request
Fellas -
Sorry I've been away so much. I've had weeks of business travel, much of it in different time zones, burning the candle at both ends and I'm getting too old for that. The few occasions I got to visit here I spent most of my limited time battling the never-ending spammers who attack our beloved site. You guys don't know just how much work this was for Hobie when he did all the battling.
Got some bad news Wednesday. My wife's cousin passed away, unexpectedly. She was only 44, and they were more like sisters than cousins. He's been battling cancer for years. Each time they think they had it licked, it would show up someplace else. She started complaining about headaches, so went in and they did a MRI and found a brain tumor. Within the week she had passed - much sooner than anyone anticipated.
She leaves behind a loving husband and two young daughters, as well as siblings, parents and extended family and friends. We all know she is in a better place, and is finally at peace and pain free, but it hurts nonetheless.
Please say a prayer for her soul, and for her kids - they will need it most.
Thanks fellas,
YK

Re: Prayer request
I hate cancer! stupid for me to say, but it's high time the medical/research community discovered how to lick the horrible disease. All that rant aside, YK, I'll be sending prayers for the family, and that the Lord receives her within his peaceful kingdom.

My loving wife is in remission as I speak. She has beat cancer twice. The fear of it coming back is always there. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours for your loss. RR7
