I'll note that there is a levergun in the photo, but from an artistic perspective, is it really a photo OF a levergun?

There is the tool and key components for the use of the tool. There is a sense of question. There is a sense of reflective intermission.

The focus of the moment doesn't seem to be on the levergun but on the remaining inventory of live cartridges.

This photo makes me ask: "Am I done?"

as you know...that was a simple attempt at improving a classic and proven design...which resulted in a fatal consequence in 2006...no more American made Winchesters... :evil:
