I don't get. I get the first and second frames, but not the last one. Help me out with what I'm missing. Sorry to be so dense.

The first and second frames are the important ones. The third frame is an "in" joke for those who follow that strip regularly and really has no bearing on the specific political content/context.

I have never seen the strip before - but it appears to me that this woman is a liberal Democrat atheist who just confirmed the existence of God.
