Button Style Safety Replacement Plug

Post by rossim92 »

just replaced the plastic mag follower for a ss one in my rossim92. Now thinking of replacing the swivel safety with a plug. I've noticed it has a very, very tiny pin holding it in. Has anybody replaced one of these? If so, did you have good/bad luck trying to drift the pin? any advice, thanks

Drifts out easy, left to right. I don't have a bunch of nice punches to choose from: the primer-punch from one of my loading dies worked just fine. I replaced mine and one for a buddy with Steve's peep sights but the blank should go in just the same.
