That Last Run Of Marlin 1894s In .218 Bee.........

Post by Blaine »

How common are those? How many were made? I'd sure like to find one someday at a reasonable price.

1/ like hens teeth
2/dunno
3/Yeh, you and a thousand Aussies and a million Yanks and lord knows who else.

Wouldn't it be lovely if Marlin listened to their customers, and did another run of them.

You will see a flurry of something when Rem takes over.

Not a lot made-----I'm guessing around 5K. They can still be found for like Homefront says, around 5-6.

I can vouche for their accuracy as mine is an moa gun with the little Hornady 45 gr. Bee bullet. I've shot crows with mine at a 150 and this fox was taken at 125. Yea, close shot but it did drop like a sack of beans.---------------Sixgun

In these parts I see more 1894CLs in .218 than 32-20.
