My latest Holster project

Post by GabbyHaze »

Hi Guys,
I decided it was time for me to make a new holster for my Ruger SP101 357Mag. so I got out my leather working kit and set out making one. Here's the finished holster, hope you like it. I decided to use a Conchos with a Cross on to Honor my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Nice work, I like the Cross! Now I'm picturing you ridin' with the SP101 in the holster and a levergun in the scabbard flyin' down the highway on the 'wing!

LOL,
Are you trying to get me in trouble?
It's going to be a while before I can start another project. My right hand is swollen up bad and hurts real bad to, I can't even touch it right now. My spine is also swollen as are my knees, elbows and ankles and I'm in a pretty fair amount of pain right now. It's aslo pretty hard to type with my left hand, so I'll talk to you guys tomorrow.
Have a Blesed night.

Thank you for the prayers guys,
I'm still feeling very rough this morning. Yesterday I washed my Goldwing and put it back in the garage, then came in the house to work on that holster. By the time my wife came home from work I was sitting in my recliner crying, I didn't know what to do with the pain in my body. My spine, elbows, knees and ankle had swollen up bad and hurt a lot and my right hand was also swollen pretty bad from stitching the leather and it hurt bad. My wife got me one of my pain pills and it took the edge off and I took another one this morning, but I won't be doing anything today and probably not tomorrow or the day after. I'm just going to sit and relax. I have to lean to put projects aside and do things a little at a time.
Anyway, I hope you guys all have a Blessed Day.

You did fine work on the holster. I hope you feel better before riding weather comes. That is a nice bike.

Looks great!

With both the SP and The Cross -- I'd say you are "well protected"!
