Yeah, I probably nearly burned my retinas out watching The Wild, Wild West, Star Trek, Gilligan's Island, Addam's Family, The Flintstones, etc, when I was a kid in the early 70's.
... I love poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick.

Very long sigh - :( No, not really. No complaints from this keyboard. Life is good!

I'm still in love with her...

That show was kind of an 'old days James Bond' - pretty cool.

Yep the only people you can make fun of anymore are Christians, Southerners and assorted "Rednecks" from any area. Everyone else it's a Federal crime to make fun of, but it's mandated that the groups above get it from all angles. Oh and give any one of these people a firearm and they become extremely "dangerous". Sorry...rant off.

You don't need a gun, just fuel oil and nitrate fertilizer. Just might get arrested leaving the hardware store.

TV shows have really gone downhill... I don't watch any of them any more - just a bunch of mindless drivel.

I watched all of those too - and Star Trek and Gunsmoke and Bonanza, the Twilight Zone.... great stuff.

Remember how they captured your imagination? Transported you to another reality. Almost as good as reading a good book. ;)

IMO, the Wild Wild West was THE best western on TV, with Gunsmoke coming in second.

Man, I remember watching it on TV in the 1960's, and they weren't reruns

Conrad was one tough hombre, and did his own stunts in the series. It was too bad he peaked in the 1960's since he could have been an action star like Bruce Willis was in the late 1980's and 1990's, if he would have been younger.
