OT- Yard work

Post by Andrew »

Why do we let some stuff go for very long? I just got done picking up a small brush pile in my backyard that's been getting bigger slowly for the last year or so. Sticks and grass clippings. It took just a couple hours and you can't even tell it was there, other than the lack of grass/dead grass.

Why didn't I just get rid of the sticks as I found them? I wouldn't have had to do any work and the spot would be full of green grass. Instead I had to sweat and toil to load it all in a truck to take away. Oh well, we live and we learn.

I just finally got the tree limb (that cuts off access to my range!) started down; I'm hoping I can get it down enough to invite folks for a fall shoot-n-fest.

"first do no harm" - gun control LAWS lead to far more deaths than 'easy access' ever could.
