This is rather interesting. This is a "virtual age calculator". By answering the questions, it supposedly calculates your "virtual age" - i.e. - what age condition your body is in and how long you can expect to live.
I did this three time - just to see the ranges. First was the real answers for me. I actually scored almost 10 years younger than I am, though I don't feel like it right now! I then picked the worst possible practical answers, and scored almost 15 years older than I actually am! I then tried it with the answers I'd like to give - if I ate better, got more exercise, more sleep, less stress, etc. I would be about 25 years younger if I did all that!
So, I will be 45 for real next week. I scored 36. Bad choices score would be 59; great choices score would be 21! What did you get?
Well, today I turned 50 Not sure how that happened but the wife informed me this morning it IS true.
I guess my life must be happy and boring. I came in at 23.9 years of age and should be shooting sometime into my 102's! Doin' the happy dance......doin' the happy dance.....

Well that just plain sucked. I was honest and I'm older than I'am. It's mainly the job I have and my not working out as I should. Can't really afford to change the job and I know I need to work out more, but after I put in my 10+ hours at work I'm tired.

Kim, I hear you. That is what prevented my score from going lower (and I suspect will continue to push it higher). Too long hours put in each day, too much stress, and too little sleep. But, I'm the sole bread-winner (I'd have it no other way), so I need to stay gainfully employed.
Biological Age, 42
Virtual Age, 61.2
Life expectancy 55.5
According to this, I should already be dead...
Typical.

Why thank you, Sir! A 1/2 century down, working on the next!
My excuse for doing so well on the virtual age is that I am retired at 50, zero stress, don't smoke, drink little and am not only very physically active but lift HARD in the weight room
I will probably drop over dead packing groceries out to the car........

Turned 45 yesterday
Said I was 36
Should live to 86
Wonder what it would say if I quit smoking and drinking and exercised more
First, happy belated birthday!
Second, run the numbers - that's what I did. Put in the answers you'd want to give if you could, and see how it impacts your virtual age. Might not be worth quitting smoking, drinking, or getting more exercise!
Real age - 67
Virtual age - 58.7 Life expectancy - 90.5 My young wife will be troubled. That's nearly another quarter century!

My family lives longer than that,
If I don't screw it up I should go to my mid 90s

I will be 50 in July. I scored a 40.9 and will live to be 85. I have to throw in a big item they left out. Arthur Itus and joint issues. At 47 my left knee was replaced, and at 48 my right was replaced. Throw in a hip that is troubling me and I'm not sure I want to live to 85.
