It's the "Gun Form" camo gun wrap from Cabela's and is available in a mix of camo patterns. It's basically camo-printed "vet wrap", the same material used to wrap up injured pet or horse legs, as it only sticks to itself and not to hair or wounds -- or to guns.
I usually secure the last wraps with a piece of black electrical tape (not shown in the pix). It goes on so quickly and easily, that I always remove it when I return from the field so I can wipe the gun's finish down. (A buddy of mine failed to do that with a camo gun sock... He left it on all season -- and ruined a nice Remmy 870's finish...

The wraps work really well on my Greener action * side-by-side shotgun. Here's the Mossy Oak Break-up camo:

And here's the Snow Camo that I got from my daughter for Christmas -- just after we had 26" of new snow:

So if you're looking for temporary camo on a nice piece -- maybe even for a levergun! -- you should check out this camo wrap.
Good huntin'!
And Happy New Year to all!

* OK, I'll admit it is a CZ Bobwhite... This Turkish-made line gets bashed on some internet forums, but mine looks beautiful, handles great, and has been 100% reliable -- always going BANG when I want it to do so... Can't ask for more than that. All in all, it's not a bad entry-level SBS that won't cost an arm or a leg...
