10 days in the Woods!

Well,after waiting all year my vacation is here at last! tomorrow I'll be heading down to the National forest to spend 10 glorious days with some good friends
and my favorite Colt,Sharps,a Cimarron 1873 copy and a Henry .22.
No cell phones,you can't hear traffic there and nothing to do but squirrel hunt,some plinking and campfire cooking.

SmokeEater2, are you going to Sylamore or over on the Buffalo? You should have some great weather from the way it looks for the long range report.

JerryB, We're going to Sylamore in the Leatherwood wilderness area. Beautiful place.

Hey, I just read online, about the Leatherwood Wilderness area. This sounds like a great adventure. Great luck! My wife and I just got back from a horsepack trip into the NorthWest back country of Yellowstone National Park. The memorys are there forever. The only thing lacking was no firearms allowed.
Any way have a great trip!
