On this one I have to agree. Locally the head of the district just quit. He was under "paid" leave while being investigated for fraud. Oh, and he had previously been fired from another district for the same sort of stuff. Add to the corruption the strong political bias, and the lack of actual education and it's nothing more than reeducation camp.
