looks like the holster for the freedom arms mini revolver. i have one of those includng this type of holster
i also have the belt buckle that holds the pistol too.

Never saw that one. But, could be a fairly well concealed way of carrying a min revolver. I tried several commercially available holsters and was never quite satisfied. So I had one custom made to ride cross draw along the belt.

I'm a southpaw, but since this is designed as a backup it's carried right hand cross. Although it works quite well along the belt at about three o'clock on the right side.

they are really well made. i have one in 22 magnum with the extra cylinder for 22 LR and also one that is just a 22 LR
