I have been away awhile but got a couple new items

Post by fordwannabe »

Hello all. I have been away from this forum for awhile for various reasons, though I do check in from time to time. I also keep up with the goings on through Gunnymack. He threatened my wellbeing if I didn’t post about these two so here goes. I got a Drilling made in 1918 and I think it would s kinda cool. The rifle barrel is 9.2x72 and it has a chamber adapter in 22 Hornet that is surprisingly accurate.
The second is a Marlin 1893 dom 1894 in 38-55 in pretty good shape I would say. These are after I purchased John Taffin personal 1860 repop from his estate.

wow ! beautiful drilling ! 9.3 x72R is a good caliber as well, and loaded ammo is available fairly well for it.

That Marlin is just beautiful too !

I threatened you a month ago to post!
Actually guys I kinda hit the ENABLE button for that Marlin. Ol Tom wasn't going to buy it but I kept telling him 'you'll regret it if you don't 'Just too high of condition to let it go!!

I've been keeping my eyes open for 2¹/² 16s.
