Great story but I hate when the AI is too stupid to pronounce someone's name correctly .........🤔

I can't help but wonder how bad their own reading skills are that they'd depend on AI for proper emphasis and pronunciation. Like my dad used to say, "You need to learn the proper em-PHA-sis on the correct syl-LAB-le." Artificial Information is a royal pain in the posterior.

I found a YouTube channel that had a bunch of good titles as audiobooks, I couldn't make it through the first one because of all the mispronunciations by the AI narrator.

Overall I doubt the AI thing is going to be good for anyone.

I dont like how it 'improves' all these historical photos either. It changes things or decides things that may not be true. One on facebook was a 100 year old photo of 1920's automobile bogged in a muddy street. It made the car body green, the fittings were mixture of brass and chrome, it had a lantern in the original hanging off the hood ornament which the AI had decided was a fixture to the car and joined it up- same color as the hood. Thousands of likes and comments how 'improved' it was. I pointed out the lantern, also asked did that car even come in that color, did cars still use brass fittings that late? Old photos may not have all the answers but at least they dont lie.
