Another piece of music that chokes me up

Post by Bill in Oregon »

Elmer Bernstein's unforgettably innocent theme for "To Kill a Mockingbird." This is probably my favorite film, and the book by Harper Lee was as enchanting. And last night, my only child gave me a granddaughter named Harper, on a snowy night in Iowa. Boy am I blessed!

Congratulatons.

Best line in the movie "Hey Boo". Two words spoke as only a child could speak them and invoke so much meaning.

Thanks Jeep. Robert Duvall's first role. He's still with us, at 94, bless his heart.

He proved that with nothing but facial expressions and body language an entire script can be communicated.
