The video is grainy and not the quality we are used to today .. but it is fun to watch. I captured these stills from the video. I was doing some quick draw with full power .45 Colt loads, using my 7 1/2" Ruger Blackhawk. I tossed the piece of wood with my gun hand, jerked the gun and shot the chunk on of wood. Back in those days I did this kind of stuff all the time. On the video Mike Venturino and I also are doing quick-draw, shooting bowling pins off the table. Lots of good memories and video of old friends long gone.

I was 40 years younger and practiced all the time. I wouldn't try it today.

It's about 45 minutes long and is 1.6 GB ...I would not know where or how to post it. It was shot with an old 8mm camera in 1986 .. then was put on a VHS and I paid a company to take the VHS and digitize it. I can take screen captures for photos easily but anything else is beyond my skill level.
Here's Mike Venturino and I drawing and firing together .. shooting bowling pins. 5 pins. Each shot from the draw. Mike missed the first one and I missed the last one. It the drawing was a draw.
