...when they are arrogant, self-anointed types, it really IS funny to see them knocked off their self-righteous pedestal...

Where she was wrong is that NOT ENOUGH racists, sexists and outright loons turned out to vote. If they had, THEN we'd be toasting La Madam.

I'll laugh out loud at THEM..   ..for thinking they all know better than the average American who is struggling to survive . And the Dem's always have to pull the race card even when they have a candidate that is in no way qualified for the job.

My 99.9%ile 'academics', combined with growing up with a widowed mother raising three kids on a income of around $3,500 per year (1970's) enabled me to rub elbows with a variety of people, in terms of education, intelligence (two VERY different things), and I've had close friends who were multimillionaires, trust-fund babies, as well as ones who often had periods living on the street. I've had friends who were religious, atheists, drug addicts, tea-totalers, ones who lost virginity on their wedding night, ones who were promiscuous, ones who thrived in the wilderness, ones who never got off of pavement, gay ones, straight ones, and pretty much everything out there.

Some were Democrats in the past, when that party stood for civil rights and fairness to the working class and encouraged open and honest political discussion in order to steer government towards the path of the greatest good.

But pretty much now, throughout that huge spectrum of individuals, virtually none have remained Democrats, because that party has become the party of dishonesty, hatred, intolerance, and violence.

I think of some of my friends who have little education, little material security, and because of that no social clout, at least as measured by the so-called progressives on the left. They are the ones that Democrats pretend to advocate for, but the reality is that
along with me, they are the nasty people Hillary Clinton says are deplorable, and Joe Biden says are garbage.

But what I find fascinating and inspiring is how many of those people who may have to work two or three jobs at minimum wage just to survive because of life circumstances beyond their control, or just not having a good education, understand FAR more about economics, the environment, international politics, and virtually any other topic that the Democrats love to pontificate about.

I look at people like Kamala Harris and cannot fathom how she made it through Law School and yet has way less understanding of economics then people I know who never completed their high School education.

(... well, I'm pretty sure I can understand how she made her way up the ladder, and it is sad that any men were that hard up for 'companionship'... :? )
