They wait until statutes of limitation have expired, or evidence has been destroyed, and they 'take action' at the last minute, so close to the voting that it won't have any impact, even if it would be taken seriously by the 'system'.
I'd take the RINO party more seriously if they'd have done these things 3 years ago...
