Well at least he can use the handicap parking space legally now....

I dream of a world where Chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.

Re: He shot my arm off..........
.
I hesitate to think what would have been the results had I ever had to use the Ruger Super Blackhawk I CCW's when working night shifts as a pharmacy student in Cincinnati in 1980... Kind of an extemporaneous thoracotomy I'm thinking...
Would have saved my life and that of co-workers had I needed to use it (I wouldn't have used it just to protect money or stuff), but no doubt I'd have gotten in a whole bunch of legal trouble (Ohio had no 'license' for CCW then, plus the school would likely have not looked kindly on a mere student having a g-g-g-gun).
More violent criminals getting shot might make fewer consider that career path, plus would thin the number making it to court to drag out their sentencing for six or eight years, wasting tax dollars and judge's time, and for the few who actually go to jail, tax dollars there as well. I'd still rather avoid shooting anyone, even violent criminals, unless in actual fear of life-threatening harm to me or others, but can't help but want to high-five that store owner nonetheless.

He paid attention and lived, the criminal was injured.
