But we live in a culture where you blame the gun manufacture and the gun dealer for the actions of a murderer. Why don't we blame the manufacturer and seller of the car driven by people who commit vehicular homicide, or use a car as a way to escape after a bank robbery?

Maybe we should limit all vehicles to an acceleration of about what a Smart Car can do. That would limit deaths from speeding and those stupid road rage incidents. Limit sports shoes to prevent falls at fast paces, such as running. Make it illegal to move on foot faster than a 4 mph pace unless you are in a sports stadium and a member of a team. Limit all keyboards to 3 words per minute to avoid offending anyone.
