Texas Governor's Executive Order

Post by Scott Tschirhart »

We have an invasion here in Texas and the Governor issued this Executive Order yesterday:

The underlying problem has been part of the reason I have had to spend so much time in border counties recently.

What is being allowed to happen in Texas is beyond ridiculous . dumb & dumber in Washington just look the other way .the only hope is that the Latino community is leaning politically right as they have seen thru what the left is really about. when these new citizens can vote the dems may be sorry. only Fox News reports on what is really happening at the border.

Well, IMHO, Washington is promoting this invasion, and those politicians & their bureaucrats can’t possibly be that dumb. A person doesn’t become successful & rich at the National level of politics, by being so incompetent. They may act dumb, but you have to be crafty to reach & remain a National level politician.

Crooks definitely, and - what is it called when a citizen aids & abets an enemy of the Nation?…..

"Dumb", maybe not - though I really question Kamala Harris's intelligence (at least Biden has the excuse of senility for not being able to string together enough words to make a coherent sentence). Economically-illiterate maybe (like AOC and many others). Definitely senile for FJB.

Their handlers though are pure evil...

Greg Abbott is a decent Governor. I think he truly is trying to do what is best for Texas. Yes, he made mistakes with the GREEN energy. So have others. Still, he is trying to stop this invasion.

I think Winter Storm Uri last year showed the absolute folly of relying on wind and solar.

I'm for an "all of the above" approach, as long as it includes nuclear, and keeps fossil fuels, squarely in the front seat. Wind and solar can be great little add-on's right now, but they are nowhere near ready for prime-time and certainly not able to replace traditional sources of energy. German is about to pay an awful price for the green folly... and yet their government just voted to close down the last nuclear power plant. Hard to feel sorry for them when they did it to themselves...

As a former US-INS Special Agent, I support Gov. Abbot's Executive Order.
My academy experience dates to 1975 at the USBP-Port Isabel, Texas.

Some of us are ready to return to duty, but probably only to serve
under the Governor of the Lone Star Republic.

Drug smugglers and cartel members should be sent to Guantanamo, Cuba
to await trial and imprisonment.
