It would be so much EASIER if these under-50 people actually had a decent education that involved history and economics. What she finds so 'intriguing' is no more than a sloppy implementation of the FairTax, which would replace the wealth-envy-driven 'income tax' and the rampant corruption and lobbying it creates. DEMOCRATS are too STUPID and too SELFISH and too SHORT-SIGHTED to conceive of anything other than a 'progressive' income tax though. So blame them for how screwed the poor and middle class are. :evil:

Then again, they are seriously handicapped intellectually....they 'have lost faith in democracy'.....well DUHH.....!!!!! "Democracy" is 51 KKK members and 49 black people voting on whether it is good to lynch people due to skin color. Really. We established the U.S. SPECIFICALLY to AVOID 'democracy'. Yes, we make some decisions with an element of 'democracy', but we have a Constitution and Bill of Rights that prohibits government from becoming a 'democracy'. Are our young people really this STUPID....???? ... democracy/ ... -fear.html

Yet is is 'fashionable' for these know-it-all young sphincters to ridicule Reagan. After all, doesn't going on an exchange-student rotation in Spain for a year, or a hostel bike-tour of France one summer give these young academics tremendous insight versus those rednecks who actually stayed awake during U.S. History, World History, and Economics (not to mention Logic 101)...?

I guess a century later, we are repeating the post-world-war-one 'Lost Generation' phenomenon, where we have a bunch of idealistic know-nothings trying to project their discontent on the rest of us, and foisting their 'solutions' via the now-more-invasive government.

From what I see, unless we insist that our children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren are homeschooled, or at least get their education in a decent parochial school, we are screwed. Sadly, too many of us baby boomers and our children, say they are "too busy to homeschool", yet raising an educated child is the most fundamental human responsibility there is. Anyone who shirks that duty should be condemned.

Look at the nonsense that they are getting taught: ... evolution/

Far better to raise an educated child in a rusted-out secondhand trailer, then hand your child's education over to public schools so that you can have a more comfortable lifestyle. :evil:

they are ignorant AND uneducated AND propagandized into a stupor

some with wits and vision will rise up out of the primordial school soup

the rest are infected with the bend over reflex

some of them can possibly be reached, but to what end? †

por ejemplo: what is the net reality if a buddist converts to hinduism?
OR if a western psych major converts to eastern mysticism?

if the peoples aren't reached with the knowledge of Abba's Love and Grace and Mercy, nothing else matters in the LOOOOOOONG RUN
